Board meeting minutes are an official and legal record of board meetings and of directors’ actions and decisions. The purpose of board meeting minutes is to show that board members followed relevant procedures, complied with Idaho state laws pertaining to the organization's 501(c)(6) nonprofit status, adhered to its own bylaws, and aligned decisions with TREC’s mission.
