What’s the big deal about Program Assessment, anyway?

November 7, 2019 @ 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm

presented by: Kari Anderson of Incite! Consulting Group

How do you know if your nonprofit is making a difference?  Your impact is the difference your nonprofit makes: There’s the work you do, and the results that flow from it. More and more nonprofits, grantmakers, and government partners are focusing on outcomes, rather than “outputs.”

During this session with Kari Anderson, Principal with Incite! Consulting Group, you’ll learn how to embrace a culture that supports assessing and evaluating the difference your nonprofit is making. We’ll identify what success looks like, and then create a plan that will get you there. Last, we’ll collect information along the way to evaluate whether your nonprofit’s progress is actually getting you closer to success. You’ll also learn how to communicate what you are discovering, and use those lessons to continuously improve performance.

Session Contents:

  • Evaluation Myths
  • Basic Guide to Program Evaluation
  • Deciding who is Involved in Developing the Process and How
  • Establishing a Schedule
  • Methods for Collecting Data
  • Basic Analysis of Qualitative and Quantitative Information
  • Setting Outcome Targets
  • Logic Models

Space is limited. Please RSVP by Tuesday, November 5th to Brian at
